Cancellations: 

In light of uncertainty with the COVID-19 pandemic we are adopting a flexible full-refund policy for cancellations up to 3 days before you tour, transfer, or rental.  When we can all enjoy a return to normal conditions with peace of mind while travelling, we will return to a cancellation policy of a refund up to one week before.
